THE VENUE

430 Union Hall Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013

Bongiorno Conference Center is a beautiful venue hidden in the hills of the historic brough of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This venue is an Assemblies of God owned facility which is intentional about providing a warm and welcoming venue for the work of the Lord through retreats and camps where lives are transformed.

ACCOMMODATION

Hospitality is at the heart of Bongiorno Conference Center. Each year the facility is updated to provide a more comfortable and satisfactory stay for the guests. The rooms are hotel style. Each room has a private bath, linens, bath towels, and climate control. Buffet style meals are also included for your stay.

RECREATION

Bongiorno Conference Center offers a wide range of recreation activities for the whole family. These are just some of the recreation options available:

  • – Basketball courts/Tennis courts/ Sand volleyball

GUIDELINES

As a church we desire to Honor God in all that we do. That includes how we dress and present ourselves to others. We request that each individual at the retreat is conscious that they do not take away from the spiritual atmosphere of the retreat by drawing attention to themselves by their clothing or hinder someone else’s Christian walk by their clothing. Please do not bring Tops with low-cut/plunging necklines, tank tops, crop tops, short shorts, low rise Jeans, skirts or dresses above knees or legging without appropriate long tunics or dress.

GUEST SPEAKERS

Pastor Anish Mano Stephen

Pastor Anish is a dynamic young preacher used powerfully by Jesus throughout the world to proclaim the good news of Jesus. Through his ministry, many who were broken hearted and had lost hope in life due to sin, sickness and bondage have found comfort and hope in the Lord Jesus Christ. He serves as pastor-in-charge of Hope in Jesus Apostolic Church Of Christ at Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore and also oversees the churches at Mysore and Madanapally (Andhra Pradesh) and the mission work in North India at Devigad (Punjab) and Ladwa (Haryana).

Justin Joseph

Justin Joseph is the Pastor and the Director of Church Ministries at Mount Home Christian Center, Belmont , MA. He grew up in New York and has been passionate to share the gospel to the young growing generation. He is a powerful man of God who is gifted and talented to communicate the gospel effectively to the modern world. He is also a notable Associate Professor of the practice, Public Relations – College of Communication, Boston University. He has received many accolades and awards in his professional career and has been recognized for his achievements. In June 2014, the American Business Awards named Justin the recipient of its prestigious “Communications Professional of the Year” award. Professor Joseph received the Lyndon B. Johnson Faculty Advisor of the Year award in 2017. In 2020, he was presented with the COM Dean’s Award for Alumni Initiatives and Innovation, recognizing exceptional and innovative individual staff or faculty activities and contributions to the mission of the college.
